I'm pretty sure he just made a mistake, plus Floor actually said "I'm not sheriff" a couple times which might explain why he was confused. At worst it's an ISP.

i wanted to see wht all the hubbub was about, so i reread what happened after i left. gonna say that while this is a pretty pathetic mistake, if you look at games from 1-2 yrs back and before that, this would be considered a player error rather than ISP by negligence. arguably, it is negligence, but minidude participated sufficiently. so does that warrant a vio? i would argue no based on the confusion with floor, but i understand there's a grey area. that being said, i don't think this should be refunded, as it is player error.
