wait. There's nothing different in your description between the two oracles. Shouldn't it reveal the WRONG role?

Also the purpose of this role would be a counterweight to oracle if it's village-sided, and a benefit to mafia if mafia-sided. Obviously mafia wouldn't be clamoring to get a member of theirs lynched (most of the time), but it would be beneficial in case town pushed on them.

Also, mafia-sided insane oracle could claim normal oracle, if she appears as normal upon death.

Actually there could be a third option: knowingly insane oracle but seen as normal upon death, sided with the mafia.
