There are plenty of ways the Taxman could help town, by taking an item from someone likely to die, or stealing items from their FOS. It can choose nobody, however.

Oh boy, I fudged the coding. The meeting for the Taxman is "Tax meeting meeting," which as you can guess is one too many meetings.
