Part of me wants to say that a +1 kill might be a little overpowered, but I guess the same can be said for any role getting the ability to kill... (´・-・)

I'd say, you may not kill yourself with an axe, the same way you may not shoot yourself (playing against Win Con and stuff), it does not stack with other killing abilities, and the axesmith may only give out a finite number of axes during the game; I'd say one or two.

Actually, it gives an extra kill at night to roles that already kill.

I like it. It pretty much makes someone a vig/killer/mafia for a night. Pretty useless for vig/killer/killing mafia though.
