Not true. With whispers, it helps mafia communicate, and prevents whisperclaiming. Would it be better if I made it so that the whispers are anonymous?

basically makes whispers useless, may as well put a nilla instead and remove whispers from the setup

I had to add the "Cant speak in mafia meetings" because then he'd reveal all the roles to the mafias. I should actually make it so no leaks happen when whispering TO him, but when he whispers back, 20% chance of leaking, just to make this role less OP. Who agrees?

He is pretty strong but most games I notice don't have whispers. I think its pretty cool though so I plussed it.

Not too OP, but games with PRs like cops will have a hard time. Meant to be used alone, or with one other. This is a valuable player.
