Consigliere is designed to be one of the strongest mafia role in the game. Setup with consigliere in it would probably have at least one ML, if not two, so if the consigliere manages to get to 3 way lylo whitout using his ability he deserve his win :P

The only problem I see with this is if the Consiglieree survives to 3-way lylo with his ability. Very nice, I like it better than the fool.
