Actually its very cc-ableif its ability is only once per game. stalker could cc this with ease, as long as it isnt day start.

CIA Agent would be a better name. In the right setup it wouldn't be overpowered.

It would make for boring games with no CCing though, and on that basis I am not +ing it.
