Good in theory, Will never work in practice.

it would allow them to not have to use code, and not have to worry about leaks.
Although it could work better in a no whisper setup.

This seems somewhat superfluous. Mafia can just whisper in code or wait until night. I don't see a reason why this would be necessary... Anyone have different thoughts?
