Again, I think that choosing someone who can meet is a bad idea. Maybe if he's 'Mafia', he sees himself as a traitor or Silencer, who when silences, cannot see anything they say, but they still can speak?
Awesome role, but there would be complications with the maf meeting. Make it so the psychotic cant be mafia, and it should solve things. Maybe it could be a maf role that doens't participate in maf meetings but thats about it.
Are you serious? Then again, with the users this site has, you probably are. Please stay away from the Learn tab, even though learning is exactly what you need to do.
Several points: Scrap the whole mafia aspect, it should simply be a town-sided role. Wins when there are no mafia left. Obviously it'd be different for each role that it imitates, but all roles with night-actions should be able to choose someone in their vote panel and cop has a 50/50 guilty/inno, doc doesn't save, tracker would be hard but i suppose 50/50 nv or (1 visit on random person). watcher same as tracker. If shrinked both the psycho and the shrink should get a message at the start of the day that he's psycho. I think it is a brilliant idea that somebody doesn't even know their true role, and could make games very very interesting. It would need a LOT of testing though.
I would have chosen Psychopath if it was a third party, but since the psychotic villager (again, "villager" is implied) is town sided, I simply used the adjective for it.
I think my statement addressing that issue got wiped, so I'll repost. If there are any meetings in a setup, the psychotic would simply not be able to be any of those roles. Also, regarding the name, English has a weird property of adjectives being able to take the place of nouns. In this instance, psychotic (villager) is implied.
Damn I made a long post but it was deleted, probably due to character length or (more likely) lag or something. The maf meeting is bad and should be removed, as I discussed previously before the rollback. But you can't do this for town pr meetings because that could break multisetups, as one example. I have a possible workaround: if there is a town night meeting, eg jailer, etc, the psychotic disrupts the role for all, or two, of the members in the meeting. Let's say, for example, that there are 2 cops + psychotic cop in a night meeting. They all decide on who to check, but realise there is a psychotic cop. As there are three clears provided by this, the psychotic has a chance of randomising the other cops' reports also. When the psychotic cop dies, all reports are legitimate, but the town won't know when the psychotic cop has died. What do you think? I can't see how else this could be implemented without potentially breaking the game.

Maf meeting aside I really like this role quack. +'d
Seems kind of useless. The maf variant can ask people for their names. The doc variant might be interesting, but should be a separate role if implemented. The cop version is just another useless cop role, paranoid/naive is annoying, he would be even more annoying. And interesting thought but I wouldn't really like to see this in a game.
But overall, a good role.
