Unless those converted were informed of their conversion, would they not seek out the Dracula as though they were normal? Would this not put the Dracula at a disadvantage?

It's the same as the cultist in the same way that the cultist is the same as the mason.


There is a large difference made by the fact that the vampires do not know they have been converted/infected.

It could also possibly be that if Dracula is killed all the vampires return to normal. What say you?
