v That would be jailers fault. But i agree the nl is rather unecessary. Also this could balance setups that don't have hookers but need them a lot.

Exactly the point. I find jailers only being able to nl can be quite cumbersome. In addition, during the conversations, potential slips could give away who the jailer is to scum
