To add to below, if your revised description means he can turn a lynch to a nl BEFORE seeing the role revealed, it's actually quite useless. Even is town uses a mislynch wrongly, they do so to gain a confirmed mafia. If a town loses their mislynch, they learn nothing. I'm not sure either option will work, unfortunately.
Nevermind, I didn't read this fully. The thing is, it can stop the mafia ccing a cop, for example, so I actually think even with the revelation it's overpowered. Mafia can't cc prs, and it can turn mylo into autowins in SO many cases. Needs severe tweaking, but I'm not sure how.
How would he be useful though? I can see him preventing stupid fool wins once, by preventing Bandwagons early on, but late game, what's the point other than revealing he is village sided?

Needs to only be able to use this power once per game
REPOSTAN THAT REVISED DESCRIPTION. Once every game, can "object" to a lynch and change all votes to nobody. OPTIONAL: Once the Attorney uses his power, his role will be revealed to all. Sided with the village.
Are you forgetting that the reveal really only benefits the town? It's not like a revealed role that's used it's ability is worth killing to mafia, only to cause chaos.
Hrmm....yeah, if the role's revealed, I think it'll be fairly balanced. However, 'mislynch' is a vague term, and I think it should be changed so that he has the option after the lynch is cast [like a jailer would] to object and cause all votes to revert to 'no one' and cause a no-lynch for that day. Could be interesting.
