I like the concept of it but it's really unclear so right now I'm gonna have to neg it, just explain more and you'll get a plus from me!! :)

Seems to be an overflow with time-related roles atm for some reason. Anyways, I like this a lot. Just one remark: try to clarify how/what/when things about it. For example, WHEN does the Time traveler activate his ability? Night time? Day time?. WHEN does the ability start function? At the moment he activates it? After the Time traveler has activated it and all votes has been cast? WHAT is actually undone? Everything?

Once more: Really cool concept, but atm it's more fuzzy and unclear than a politicians words.
