I am not sure it is strong enough that it warrants being a non-killing mafia. The ventrilo is much stronger ability and can kill so I think it would be okay if this was too. Not to mention it could lead to Magician+Ventrilo setups so they can coordinatea at night to make someone look scummy, etc.
