Nowhere in Rondar's post does it state it needs to mention Christmas in the description; it just needs to be Christmas-themed. I'm not going back and forth with you over this just because you're angered by the fact that this role has more plusses. It doesn't even matter. I actually hope Lucid makes a few of the roles.
