I like it as long as direct kills are not nexused.

Suggest that it is not immune to direct night kills (but not witch curses), but immune to all other actions. (good alternative to granny).
So if mafia kills them they would die anyway.
But if stalker stalks them, the stalker will end up stalking a random player.

v He actually doesn't choose who his action will be casted on. That gives him the ability of being immune to any kind of actions, but also means someone else will suffer him so he can't receive any kinds of itens, protections and can even kill someone else with it.

Sounds overpowered. All he has to do is choose someone else every night and never die. There should be a penalty if he uses his power on a night where nothing happens to him, such as he is revealed or loses his power. I'm not sure.
