- At start of game infects one player.
- Each night, can choose to kill an infected player. Killed players remain infected.
- Each day, can make one infected player sneeze on another player, with a 50% chance of infecting them.
- Infected players can be cured by, doctor and nurse.
- Infected players, get well after three days if not killed by virus, and cannot be reinfected.
- Anyone who visits an infected player, dead or alive will become infected. With the exception of pathologist.
- Infection causes roleblocking, but not vote blocking.
- Sided with third party.
- Infected players get: "You start coughing." message to indicate they are infected.
- Wins if all living players are infected.
- Cannot be lynched, killed or shot.
- If visited by doctor or nurse, virus is roleblocked.
- Vote carries no weight.
