erm... triad could be something along the lines of.. every recruit attempt is 50% that they recruit a townie to mafia as a vanilla and 50% that they die.
win condition: triads outnumber town and mafia combined to win.

too complicated bro. and percentage chances aren't really part of any other role other than 50 50 chances. seems more based on luck
