how about he gives a gun and a name of another player in the game(maybe a nonmafia). if the player with gun doesn't shoot the given player he will die at the end of the day.

This is good! But you can improve it by giving the chosen player the condition to "shoot the gun or die at the end of that day". Like the cliche line in the movie says "Live or die" Lel.
