- Each night votes someone to infect
- The infected maintain their role, alignment and night action if apparent (includes mafia meeting)
- No one will know they are infected except the player will receive the message "You have a headache"
- The infected attend an anonymous meeting at night where they vote on who to infect
- If they vote for someone already infected, the chosen player will become cured and recieve the message "You feel great relief" (Original slug becomes villager when cured)
- Alligned with third party, wins if all alive are infected
