Twice is way too OP imo, maybe thrice would work.

This role was inspired by the way sandbox games are played. If the electrician is in the game, most villagers who love to no vote day one will have the lights turned off, forcing them to play in the dark day two and risking another no vote for electrician to win. No voting for jailor would also be a tactic that the electrician could use, but, if for some reason the lightkeeper dies and electrician finds it necessary, they could keep the lights on.
