To answer tribe's questions:
-yes, bomb only once per game killing only one person
-System message: standard system message (you recieved a _____") for gun and vest. no message for none or bomb (bomb would cause the death message)
-If clerk gets a system message, he would become a pseudo-watcher. I think thats sort of overpowered, but your opinions might be different
-If the clerk is killed at night, he still gives out his item. It might be to the person who killed him, or it might be to someone else who visited him
-Its not the first person that gets the item, its a person at random
Any way i could edit my post to say that?

Upped. Bomb should be changed to once per game and possibly even only the first visitor receives it. Giving the Clerk the option to bomb every night turns him into a granny and the option to bomb everyone makes him a psuedo samurai.

As far as the mechanics go: What message is displayed when the visitor receives an item? Is the Client notified of who he gives items to? If a Client is killed by the mafia, do all subsequent visitors receive items? What about the people who visited before the mafia (I'm not sure who fits this criteria, if any, but whatever).

It's a very good idea and as long as you flesh it out a little bit and theory test it, the role is viable at least for non-competitive without becoming as bad as the Tailor, as situational as the Shrink/Mort or useless as the Baker

I like this. It requires quite a bit of thought, and isn't overpowered.

As with B3D14, I think there should be a penalty with the Bomb. It could possibly only be used once per game?

You did your homework, BaXeD. I was about to ask the same thing as Camel. However, the bomb seems a little powerful and troll-able. There needs to be a penalty for selling bombs to make sure people use them carefully rather than arbitrarily passing death to everyone.

no bread because bread is meaningless in games with no baker, and its overpowered to have another person giving bread besides the baker, especially after baker dies and the game goes into famine

What about bread?
