I'm not sure how well this will work out yet, but with day start and cthulu/granny/turncoat, mafia has to attempt to hit the turncoats solely. That means that cthulu either has to offer itself as bait or the granny has to pretend to be turncoat. Instead of the town being in an authoratative position, it's mafia.
