I like the concept behind this setup. The multi-setup p much de-values all cop reports making them untrustworthy. ie. Making it basically D2 3-way 2 blues 1 scum in most case scenarios I'd imagine. Although it'd be ballsy play to NK as scum N2 (probably most optimal to do as framer) to maintain 4-way. In the GF setup naive & paranoid retain their reports whereas sane + insane reports would essentially just be naive + paranoid reports respectively.
