Miller will sometimes claim blue and this way you know they are telling the truth. Mafia would be wise to claim blue as it is then auto for him.

Cop should cc miller in the case of n1 miller death, unless he has a guilty. If he has a guilty he will out it and then everyone will discuss the guilty.

Mafia should cc cop only when cop is dead, unless cop is pretending to be miller. In which case the miller mafia who is pretending to be cop, should in fact lead a lynch ONLy on the 3rd day of nk.
