This is what I came up with.
Thanks to RestInPieces for the suggestions on -blue+shrink, -amn+mason, and -jan+normal mafia.
Mafia and Cult have to work together in this setup. There are good power roles with the village; Doc, Cop, Vig, Jailer...and Cult/Mafia are the bad guys who have to have the same goal, and usually joint to win (that's why the mafia win rate is so low). It's a huge advantage for town if masons or vig can take down the Cult leader. I'm hoping the village win rate balances out sooner or later, it's a bit high, and if not I'll take out vig or something.
