A team of two cops, backed up by a doctor, is protecting the town from the sly disguiser and yakuza that have infiltrated the city. Can they find them before they kill the lightkeeper and use the confusion to win? Or will one of the third party people be able to follow their own agenda and pull off a victory by themselves?
