Pacman lived a tough childhood, born and raised in the South by a pack of wild Voltorbs. They taught him things like Thundershock, Sonicboom, and how to harvest cotton. As Pacman grew older, however, he began to pursue other interests, and after graduating from Mexico State University, he had began to speak out against delegates who had put him through years of oppression.
