Chances cop gets a guilty and then a inno (or vice-versa): 24% ▓
Chances cop is sane/insane and get two diferent reports: 12%

Problem with this setup is that the time the cop would need to gather the two reports makes it be lylo, and therefore can't sanity test. What about an extra cop?
