Masoned should always claim D1, tracker and snoop should claim if they have a guilty, or just push to get that person lynched, because they will be CC'd if they claim. Informant will guilty the journalist/watcher if they discover them. Masoning is the only way to clear people other than the governor, who should never claim, even if being lynched.
