Lies and Deceit setup!

Everyone is a PR, but Lyncher, Framer and Godfather make reports much less useful. Lots of lies and reliable fake claims make this a setup for people who are good at ccing and scumhunting. Setup is also designed so as to allow town 1 mislynch to try to clear one of the PRs, better hope they use it wisely. Lyncher's side can change to town sided if his target dies, so he is not always a joint option for mafia. Townsided Lyncher can backstab mafia for town win, if he so desires. The favor in this game type can change quickly.
