This might work

Maf sided. Driver & Framer. Driver alone breaks makes it maf sided. Miller + Framer = cop more likely to check town find sided with the mafia.

driver isn't that useful without a protective role, at best you can hope to out-wifom the cop (driver does nothing to drunk). i don't see this being too unbalanced.

Driver does do things to drunk Gira. The biggest being that if Driver is solo maf it can still kill.

so framer claims cop with a guilty d1 no matter what
since there's absolutely zero downside even if framer loses the cc
