This is balanced, scum wins only when prs claim blue and get shot, or prs wifom at night, and town wins only when mafs do really stupid things

Cynical that's wrong though; scum and town win in many different ways than just off of other people's stupidity/ignorance

All in all, this setup is horrendous and terribly townsided. Replace Nilla with Hooker or something if you want to try balancing it, but I still think that this setup is just doomed to be bad because of how risky it is for mafia.

Replace miller with blue, cop with bp, gf with lawyer and stalker with hooker for best effect
