Guilties may not be guilty; innos may not be inno. Think before sheeping a report. Mafia shouldn't cc Cop unless they have to because Cop doesn't usually know if they have mafia or not solely from their reports. Cop can out on Day 1 if they have a guilty because of Doc protection, but there might be a Hooker.
