sniper who hasn't shot a gun will appear to have a gun. a miller whose suit hasn't been stolen will appear to have a suit. thief will probably appear to have a suit if he steals one. thief can act as a stalker, for if he does not receive a suit, he stole from the snoop and can thus relay this information to the sniper.
