Everyone can just claim with their buddy day 1. Killer's outted. GG.

Killer will just say that his/her buddy is dead. However, more town sided and unfair for killer since he'll be the target of the 50/50 lynch. Statically 25% town; but because cops can easily find sanity(only 3 types of possible sanity) and town should scumhunt, making this town sided.
