Tl;dr Sometimes maps suck. A button should be added to let us regenerate new ones without remaking a lobby.
A lot of the fun of Dice Wars is contingent on the map not being terrible and everyone feeling they have at least a chance. When the map opens up and we see the higher dice counts look something like:
Red: 1 six, 2 fives, 4 fours
Blue: 1 six, 3 fives, 3 fours
Green: 2 six, 1 five, 6 fours
Orange: 4 sixes, 2 five, 2 fours
It's disheartening, because it's pretty much guaranteed that orange is going to absolutely stomp everyone. Not only is it unfun for everyone else in that position, it's going to be a long and drawn out process of everyone losing. Diplomacy and "team up on first place" only go so far against fighting legitimately broken starting positions
Rather than forcing everyone to quit every single time this happens, the solution should be handle-able in game. Right above the turn list, put a button that says "Regenerate Map". If 50% or more of the lobby push it before one full turn cycle of all players is completed, regenerate a new map. This process should be repeatable, even in a regenerated map, since one time will not always be enough.
This would go a long way towards making dice wars universally playable rather than something to quit on turn one on if the outcome is obvious.
