Being an internet fiend, there just aren't enough hours in the day to sustain both of my lives. Having the strict diet will honestly reap far greater results but I mean it's not essential really. I'm glad you're doing exercise. I miss swimming, I used to do 2 miles 4 times a week and it was quality. Leisure centre membership prices are a joke when you're not a student though. How long you been training for then? I remember you banging on about it quite a bit last time you were active on EM.
