If you're on Windows you should just be able to do Windows Key + Print Screen and it'll save it to the screenshots folder, at least I think that works on 8 and above. then you just upload it to imgur, and then use the bbcode img tag imgur provides to link it.

Alternatively you should just be able to hit print screen by itself, go to imgur, hit ctrl-v, and upload from the clipboard directly if your browser supports it. Instructions are same from there.
