Get rid of Petri and Arcbell. Petri for obvious reasons and Arcbell because the community obviously isn't okay with it given his past history and even moreso recent history. Learn that you need to take equal parts of the community and your moderators opinions into account and then weigh that against your own decisions. Have a set of balls when it comes to decisions. I would also work on not being a condscending douchebag.
I used to drink it a lot when I first started drinking, but then I grew accustomed to good white wine and stopped. Now I'm working on building my palette to accept red wine.
Not yet, my thing seems to finally be starting to pick up so I am looking still to about 2 or 2.5 years of it. Alternatively I think I can get my work permit by the end of the year and if I get fed up with it I can look for a job and peace out these bishes.
