Hastened was OP. I tended to rush it third or fourth item in my Poseidon build because it felt it made me one of the slippery pricks in the game. I know what you mean Linker. I use to bait people all day into my whirlpool than murder them with basics and as they tried running away Hastened would allow me to slap a basic on someone/or a minion and chase my victim down....

Since the last patch not so much. Isn't there another hastened item to go along with the ring or am I seeing things in my head

I'd argue its not the same.

Basic-attack-movement-penalty is 50%.

The hastened ring gets you +7% movement speed, with the passive: Hitting an enemy God with a Basic Attack grants Haste for 4s, causing you to be immune from Basic Attack Movement Penalty. (Internal Cooldown 30s)

This works as intended- once every 30 seconds you hit a god, you gain 4 seconds of fatalis with 7% movement speed. The issue is, you're then set up to 26 seconds ( 87% of the time ) where you have no fatalis - which leaves you down 50%, and then you add 3.5 ( which doesnt change much ).

Sure - duo ADC ( say Sol, uses hastened ring ) vs ADC battles in the lategame are 4 seconds each, so there there's no real difference, but in conquest - its really not the same. Hunters need movement speed and CC to compromise for what that luxury item used to give. Hi-rez strictly declared that chase playstyle is a thing they want bursty, thereby nerfing ADCs. What they didnt realize is that CC-based mages got a buff here.

Basic-attack nu wa has never been more viable.

They removed Hastene Fatalis btw but added Hastene Ring which does the same buff on basic hits

Petite if you get hit by nox' 1 from anywhere above 30 feet there's no way you're diamond

Scylla's damage is even more beastly, she recycles in beautiful ways, she's a princess, Nox is the side emo

Cu chulain is decent since gladiator's gets him sustain, he doesn't carry through burst though, he just boxes in a long miserable match; just so he can eventually lose to Bellona or Osiris in lane anyway

Oh i never saw this thread. Yeah, I usually play normal joust, hit plat V before I quit for a long time a few splits back.
