WAS NO ONE A HALO FEG OR WHAT? I played the sheeet out of Halo 2 & Halo 3 growing up. Was an mlg tryhard and also a fan of all those custom gametypes, glitching out of the map, etc. I think the pinnacle was H3 and am triggered by others saying the best is anything after that.

it all sucks unless you were around when halo 2 and 3 were in their prime online. the community made those games, it was amazing fun. that isn't around anymore on any game

I sometimes wonder where my halo buddies are now after these last 10 years

I got Halo for the story/single player experience. Not for the multiplayer.

Don't bother playing anything post H3.

I own the Master Chief Collection + Halo 5. Haven't started any yet but I plan on doing so.

never played halo 1, halo 2 got me into gaming and i came home from school every day and played all day. the most fun ive ever had playing a video game. literally everybody who owned an xbox was online in halo 2, nothing else. custom games was poppin, matchmaking was also poppin, i was into both but mostly custom games. i used to mod back then, still have memories of people following me around and begging me to "host a mod game" and sh*t.

halo 3 carried over the fun for a bit but then other sh*t like cod and sh*t took players away and it slowly got a little dull.

everything after sucked.

coagulation zombies, anything zombies. everyone was fond of every h2 map except the big cave map with falling stalactites.

I used to play halo 3 at lunchbreaks when I was a kid in school, that was so freaking fun.
