Spoiling a TV show or film within 3 days of the release of said episode or film without

tags will result in a forum, chat and lobby suspension.
it's getting out of hands, this isn't against the rules in main lobby but it is over here. sandbox is becoming more strict than main lobby. a lot of us play in sandbox because it's more relaxed with the rules but now with golbolco as the new owner things are changing, soon we won't even be able to swear in the lobby chat!
Wait wait wait. So, if it's not within three days of the release, I can give a spoiler? The loophole I'm seeing here is that I can give a spoiler any time four days after the release OR four days before the release. If I find a leak five days before the new Star Wars movie is out, I can tell everybody the spoiler without tags for two days, and then am required to tag it for the next six days, and then I can remove my spoiler tags again.
B) This rule is dumb and anybody who cares so god damn much about spoilers needs to gtfo the internet until they watch whatever it is.
you know the thing is sometimes people like arguing about a show or something and they cant even do that. unless the rule is only for cases where its someone getting out of their way to intentionally spoil someone, the rule is dumb.
its 2016, most of us have had social media for at least 5 years or more, at this point you need to know not to check social medias if you dont want to be spoiled, as well as games in which, you know, people talk
I understand that and whilst spoiling something might be annoying to some people, it shouldn't be punished. We should have the right to be annoying and trolling freely in sandbox.
It's not hard to avoid spoiling. Just don't do it.

Why should we have to use a spoiler tag to talk about a movie or episode right after its release? A lot of people tend to not read posts with a spoiler tag which makes the posts basically useless
Because not everyone watches an episode live or a movie the day of its release. If you title your thread "The Purge: Election Year", people who have seen it since its release yesterday who want to talk about it will come and discuss, those who don't won't. The spoiler tag will only warn those who don't want something spoiled for them and that's good because it sucks when that happens.

i should have the right to spoil a TV show or film within 3 days of the release of said episode or film without spoiler-tags in sandbox. Make sandbox great again! FREEDOM OF SPEECH
Actually this is a relaxed version of a rule from Bebox. We used to be unable to spoil things for 2 weeks.
I'm not sure, but if I recall correctly the spoiler rule was taken out of the official site rules, so if you want to put it up to a vote then we can see if people want a spoilers rule or no.
