About me: I usually work out twice a day, 7 days a week, but everyone has to start somewhere! I am experienced and have helped many real life friends with many different body types reach their goals! I will also be starting Brazilian jiu-jistu come September.

I have good knowledge of supplements such as creatine and protein powders and I also know which mainstream weight loss methods actually do something for you and which do not. For example, a weight loss detox is NOT REAL. There are no such thing as toxins.
