What are you on? Unless you're not counting Megas, this is stupid.
Torterra needs tons of support, Empoleon is decent at best, and Infernape's performance is good, but underwhelming.
Mega Charizard X is the best DD'er in OU and Mega Charizard Y is a stupidly powerful wallbreaker who also provides sun support. Mega Venusaur is a great wall with good recovery options and incredibly solid in OU; Mega Blastoise hits like a truck and has nice bulk as well, next to Water Types being naturally great defensively.
Blaziken's Speed Boost makes it so powerful that it's straight up banned and Mega Blaziken only makes it worse; Mega Sceptile is one of the best SD'ers in OU as well as having great SpA sweeping potential and an ability that can get free switch-ins, making it incredibly versatile. Mega Swampert has bulk, a great defensive typing and hits incredibly hard; rain support enabling him to be an incredibly bulky sweeper, his only real weaknesses being Serperior and Burn-vulnerability.
While Torterra is very powerful and has decent bulk, Ice is a very common offensive type (unlike, say, Grass for Swampert) and Fire weakness doesn't help it either. Empoleon has lackluster physical bulk, and its main weaknesses lie in Ground and Fighting, those types unfortunately carrying mainly physical moves, next to being solid coverage on just about any Pokemon that gets EQ or EP. Infernape, while definitely having sweeping potential, is incredibly frail, suffers from 4MSS and has weaknesses to Ground, Water and Flying.
Gen 1, 3, and Serperior blow Gen 4 out of the water completely. And let's not talk about the Gen 2 powerhouses that are Feraligatr and Typhlosion, shall we?

Team: Mudkip, Turtwig, Froakie, Tepig, Piplup, Bulbasaur MAYBE, I could change bulbasaur with rowlet but I still don't quite know how much I like rowlet
