I would like to start a small project of creating a geographical map based off of sandbox demographics. Basically, a fictional representation of what a world populated by our different types of users would look like. I would like to enlist your help and use your input.
I need suggestions for:
Races (noavis, weebs, cats, etc.)
Classes ( noavis are low class, but what are cats?)
Religious/Ideological groups/movements (eg. The Holy Church of Jamal, Golbamaniacs, The Clique, etc.)
Population Size (ideally this would reflect sandbox demographics)
Important Figures
Geographical Locations (eg. The Games Lobby Desert, the Noavi Tribal Lands)
Jamal Tiberius Marley hails from the far away isles of Roblox (off-map) and resides in the Hagia Jamalia on the border of the areas directly under control of the Clique and Golbistan. He is leading a religious and political revolution in the capital and is on the private watchlist of Clique officials. Lilin was buried under the Hagia Jamalia and it is said that she will someday rise again in holy texts.
3 - the great noavi caverns, home to savage noavi hill tribes. Hidden in their confounding cave, the noavis do not show their face to the common peoples
4 - the holy church of jamal sits at the base of mt. sandbox
5 - the Grand Capitol of Forum is a prosperous city of wealth and buisness
6 - A permanent encampment of the nomadic cat-people encircles the ancient image of a cat seemingly carved into the sand itself
7 - chatbox village + wall-farm, a land made fertile from all the dungposting
8 - the isle of twinks, a semi-autonomous commonwealth of sandbox. Governed by the elder gays in the long hall of cyuutboise
9 - Fortress Golbolco. Home to the wicked sorceress: Golbolco. Loyal golbamaniacs farm the golbultima swamps surrounding the castle
on a remote island off the coast is a bottomless pit said to lead to an alternate reality known as "I.R.L." (inter-reality loophole), the previous ruler, garden, had his comatose body thrown into the hole after he was legally defined as an infirm
the clique operates out of an ivory tower situated atop mt. sandbox, the holiest of sites where Sod came down from heaven and appointed God Emperor Bebop to be the eternal leader
The Golbamaniacs should be a collection of lands situated within/part of/on the border between Games (which I picture as rugged valley farmland and mountains) and the Forums (which I would picture as metropoli.) They would not be a separate race from other lands.
The capital would be the fortress of Golbultima. Golbolco is the elected Chancellor and delegate to the Beboparchy. Golburgers and game roles are the primary export from Golbistan.
Baron ChaoticDoom's castle, a monument to SuperChimpy, and the original Golbox restaurant are all among the prominent/historical locations in Golbistan. Money in Golbistan is called SnowyBucks.
Golbamaniacs are separate from the primary caste system but mostly fall into the middle-upper echelons of society.
"Welcome to Golbox" is on all of the road signs leading into Golbistan. The national anthem is "We're All Dudes" and the night watchmen-like military ranger corps is well-known throughout the rest of Sandbox. The esoteric order of the BootySquad hails from Golbistan.
Those who are lobby hoppers should be like the wondering monks/adventurerers.
the mods are the lords of lower areas of sandbox. Error is lord of chatbox.
AMelio is lord of the forums and platypops is lord of games.
Bebop is the overlord.
they each have a corner of the land where they rule and bebop is in the centre. as he is also site admin he has diplomatic connections with lands across the sea aka main lobby/games/etc.
Forums could be different bars/pubs and each forums post/thread is a different pub/bar.
Chatbox is either the market square or the town square. with ppl posting songs in chatbox being bard splaying songs.
games are arenas/tournaments for galdiators and fighters.
