As the top Sandbox drama journalist, I can tell you that it is in fact often sparked in forum posts. However, I'd say drama starts most often in the chat box and rarely on the lobby wall. Reports are also often tied into drama, and Blister is right that much of it bubbles up behind the scenes. We call that kind of drama "magma drama" in the business, because it's heated and when it comes up from under the crust well boy is it good.
