red cross does pretty specifically 1 pint at a time I think because that's pretty standard amount for blood transfusions I think. Any less and it's just kinda useless because why give someone not a lot of blood when there's other people willing to give more
donating blood today!!! let's hope I don't die bc I am a tiny human who barely makes the height/weight requirement.
I literally wasn't able to donate blood until my birthday on Saturday, because it you're 18 or younger and want to donate blood, for a 5'0 female you need to be 138lbs which I am not, but now I only need to be 110 so woop
There was once a little girl scared that she would never succeed. She still feels that way, but she did pretty well on a test today so it made her feel a bit better. The end.
