figured it out i was wrong because everybody refers to clouds as overcast (which is the weather radio name, which cannot be displayed with rain; and excludes "cloudy")

so ive determined that all terraria fishing mechanics references are horrendously outdated because they're totally wrong even in their own datasets

everyone thinks the max fishing power is 282 using the formula 150*1.3*1.2*1.1 (maximum base power with angler armor, earring, bag, potion, master bait, and golden rod; best fishing time; raining; full moon) but if you use a calculator like a human being youll see this is totally wrong

however you can see in one of those screenshots that i have 257 fishing power (which you get from those numbers) without a full moon, so apparently these numbers are all out of date

any fishing nerds want to help me figure out the maximum fishing power
