It was an infected cyst and a regular cyst, the infected one needed chiseling out, they had to do local anesthetic twice due to 2 separate ones, the first one didn't work as well as I could still feel them scooping out whatever was in there, but the second one (the regular one) didn't hurt at all. They hit a nerve halfway though which did hurt quite a lot and both were stitched up.
